Longitudinal Study of Women in Natural Sciences (WINS) an OST STEM Program for Marginalized Youth

The practitioner and research team will present their novel research methods including Black Girl Cartography (Butler, 2018) and preliminary results of the longitudinal study of the 40+ year old WINS program. Learning objectives: 1. Developing great practitioner/researcher partnerships; 2. Elements of highly successful youth programs; 3. Best practices implementing STEM programs; involving alumni in projects.
