Learning Groupwork Skills and Paleontological Thinking in Professional Development Focused on Strengthening Inclusion in Formal and Informal STEM Learning

Adult participants in professional development facilitated by the IDEAL Center of the Science Museum of Minnesota engaged in activities focused on comparative anatomy and paleontology, to strengthen participants' capacities towards greater inclusion, diversity, equity, and access (IDEA) in their education, work, and leadership. Pedagogical design, foundational research, and participant evaluation and self-reflection are described herein.
